How to buy a Keturah residence

Buying a Keturah residence is straightforward, whether you are in Dubai or overseas. The steps below outline the journey from shortlisting to freehold handover. Figures are indicative and confirmed in your Sale & Purchase Agreement; we recommend independent legal and financial advice.

1. Explore & shortlist

Browse the Collection and the development pages, and compare Keturah Resort, Reserve & Ardh by location, home type, price and payment plan. Shortlist the residences that fit your needs.

2. Register your interest

Register your interest or request the brochure. A Keturah advisor will share current availability, pricing and floor plans, and answer any questions.

3. Reserve

Reserve your chosen residence with the booking deposit — typically a 20% down payment — to secure the price and the specific unit.

4. Sign the SPA & register

Sign the Sale & Purchase Agreement and pay the 4% Dubai Land Department fee plus administrative charges. Off-plan homes are registered through Oqood, with the freehold title deed issued on handover.

5. Pay by the plan

Pay the construction installments according to the development's payment plan:

6. Handover & title deed

On completion, take handover and receive the freehold title deed. Keturah residences are sold freehold to buyers of all nationalities.
